This Logo Design Questionnaire is aimed at those who have already obtained a quote from me and are proceeding to create the logo design brief. The answers you provide to these questions form the creative brief I will use when working on your project, so please take your time and try to respond in as much detail as possible. I recommend that you set aside a minimum of 15 minutes to complete the Logo Design Questionnaire.
Look to me as an investor or potential client, who has no idea what your business/company does. Describe what it is you do, why you do it and how you do it in layman's terms. If you have any web links feel free to include them as well. Any existing images or documents can be attached to the last page if you need them.
